Led by highly experienced, NEBOSH-certified safety practitioners, our programs equip new and less experienced employees with the core competencies and sharp situational awareness required to excel in demanding oilfield environments.

Our Core Training Curriculums

Taken together, our specialized training courses ensure your onboarding and field personnel are fully prepared to navigate high-risk rig environments safely and efficiently:

  • HSE IADC Rig Pass: Offered in strategic configuration with our global partners, this course is tailored specifically for individuals new to the oil and gas industry. The HSE IADC Rig Pass provides new hires with an essential, comprehensive orientation of rig floor operations, hazard identification, and industry-standard safe work practices.
  • First Aid & Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): This vital course delivers the immediate, essential knowledge and practical skills necessary to administer life-saving emergency care on-site until professional medical personnel can take over. Upon successful mastery of both written and practical assessments, participants receive internationally recognized OMI and Medic First Aid certifications.
